Extended Provision
Breakfast Club
Students may use the facilities of Breakfast Club from 8am onwards. Toast, muffins, bagels, jam, marmalade, cereal bars and drinks are some of the items available. Breakfast Club is run via the ParentPay cashless system.
After School Late Room
School has a provision for looking after students beyond the end of the school day. Any student not involved in a designated after school activity or under the direct charge of a member of staff should either leave the school site or work in the Library Resource Centre until 4pm Monday - Thursday and until 3:30pm on Fridays. Students should be prepared to work independently, doing homework , an independent learning task, or quiet reading. They are expected to follow the Behaviour for Leaning rules and have access to this provision until the facility closes.
The Primary Phase also provide After School care until 3.55pm. This provision will run alongside the various after school clubs that operate in both KS1 and KS2 on Wednesdays & Thursdays, from 3.10pm to 3.55pm.The cost for After School care provision will be £2.00 per child per session. Due to increased costs it will be necessary to apply a small charge to parents who arrive late to collect their child as per the terms and conditions outlined in the booking form.
Should you need childcare after 3.55pm Happy Jays continue to operate from 3.00pm until 5:45pm.
Parents using either of these facilities should register their child’s details by completing the booking forms available below. Please return these to Mrs J Jackson; fees will be collected via ParentPay.
If a form has not been completed, your child will not be able to attend the sessions.
